How many does the condo sleep?

The condo sleeps up to 5 guests.

Can our friends come to visit and use the pool?

The pool is private for Nautibeach guests only. This helps to protect the space for paying guests.

How do we access the condo?

When you arrive to the complex, just tell the guard that you are staying in #22 then you can proceed to the condo. Stacy Fernandez is the Property Manager and you will be connected to her to gain access. Sending your flight information 24 hours before your arrival is required. If we do not have this information, you could be waiting for access to the property for up to 2 hours.

What is the cleaning frequency?

Please schedule with Stacy 7 night stays : includes 1 basic clean (without laundry) 8+ Night Stays : includes 1 full clean after the 8th night Bath Towels : 2 bath towels per person, bath, hand and washcloth. Beach Towels : 1 per person beach towels The condo does not have a laundry service, but you may ask Stacy when you check in and they can help guide you. Depending on their schedule, they may also be able to offer that service to you.

Do you allow pets?

Pets are not allowed in Nautibeach Condos.

Do you offer concierge service?

If you would like to have some shopping done for you and pre-stock the condo, we offer concierge services. We also offer a catering service to set up welcome snacks and margaritas or beer for your arrival. Just let us know what you need. A golf cart is not necessary, but we do recommend you rent one for a day or two to explore the island. We can also help with dinner reservations.

Are there events near the condo?

Mexico is known for its history, art and fiestas! All over the island locals celebrate holidays, weddings, quinceañera parties or anything worth celebrating. Embrace it! In general, the culture is made up of happy people! Typically, these events start late and end late.

What is the cancelation policy?

30 Days prior to arrival for full deposit refund Please reference your signed contract. These policies are strictly enforced. We recommend you purchase Travel Insurance

How do I get from the airport to the island?

We recommend either CARM or At Your Service Cancun. Both take great care of our guests. There are other companies that offer transfers and you are welcome to explore those options.

Which ferry should I take to the island?

Ultramar is the most popular public transfer ferry. There are others or we can arrange for a private water taxi.Boarding the ferry means it is time to breathe in the excitement of the upcoming vacation. With tickets ready, unwind at the terminal’s bar and grab a refreshing margarita to-go for the ferry ride. Departures occur every 30 minutes, with a 20-minute crossing. Relax on the upper deck, savor the scenic views, and groove to local tunes en route to Isla Mujeres. Schedule : https://www.ultramarferry.com/en Ferry Tickets : Prices tend to fluctuate, but you can use the kiosk to purchase your Round Trip tickets or if you use At Your Service Cancun, they can pre-purchase them for you. *Remember, keep your ferry ticket for the return journey.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker (regular filter), toaster oven, cook top (2 burner), pots, pans, dishes, blender, full size refrigerator.

How far is the beach and are chairs included?

The beach is just a short walk past the pool. Chairs and umbrellas are included in your stay. There is an attendant on the beach to help you get set up. Your tips are appreciated for their assistance.

Is there a discount at Mayan Beach Club?

Yes, Mayan Beach Club offers a 10% discount to Nautibeach guests.

Should I purchase Trip Insurance?

Yes, this keeps your trip safe from interruptions. Here is one option.

What is the difference in booking direct or VRBO

You save on platform fees and work directly with IMVR. IMVR, Isla Mujeres Vacation Rentals, manage all of our reservations and guest communications.
