Amazing location right on Playa Norte. Staff were very friendly and arranged for private transfers from the airport to the ferry. Grounds were beautifully maintained. Loved the room, location, beach and pool. Housekeepers were awesome — rooms were always nice and clean when we got back from our excursions with fresh towels. The water dispenser in the room was a thoughtful touch. Beautiful property and a wonderful experience all around.
My expectations were 10/10 and Nautibeach proved me wrong — in the best possible way. The staff is incredibly attentive and every experience felt curated. Bartender Gisella was a true highlight, making the best drinks and taking an already amazing trip up a notch. Memories last a lifetime.

The resort has chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach and a lovely pool. The restaurant on site was perfect and super convenient. The room was clean. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the room, location, beach and pool. We had a water dispenser with extra water jugs in the room which was great since you can’t drink the tap water. Housekeepers were awesome, our rooms were always nice and clean when we got back from our excursions with fresh towels. Didn’t like that they didn’t have a landline in the room to call the front desk and when it rained the road to the place was always covered in water. The small road to the place needs a lot of repair. We had to get a taxi both times to get to Ultramar because we didn’t want to get our shoes and socks wet when we could have just walked. The WiFi in the room was not very good. I probably would not stay here again until they fix the road.
We got access to the condos through my mom’s good friend who graciously let us enjoy the paradise she lives every day. First off, this is a top of the line condo, make sure you get to know the agent or owner you are renting from and they will make sure everything is perfect. My expectations were 10/10 for a place that had every experience curated by helpful and attentive staff. Never in a million years would I have thought that a place could exceed those expectations. Nautibeach proved me wrong. I don’t even know how to go beyond 10 for the rating… 15, 20. Anyway my last day on the island and my family met a bartender named Gisella. She was incredibly sweet and made the best drinks. I truly regret not having more time to stay and enjoy her hospitality and beyond excellent service. She took an already amazing trip and took it up a notch. Thank you. Memories last a lifetime.
