How many people does the condo sleep?
Nautibeach Condo 22 sleeps up to 5 guests. It features one bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with two full-size beds. Rates include 2 guests, with a small additional fee of $25 per person per night for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th guests.
Is the condo walkable to restaurants and shops?
Yes. Nautibeach Condo 22 is located in Centro Isla Mujeres, within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafés, beach clubs, shops, grocery stores, and the ferry terminal. Many guests do not need a golf cart at all, and there is even a restaurant on site, Mayan Beach Club.
Are beach chairs provided?
Yes. Nautibeach Condo 22 provides complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas for registered guests, available directly on Playa Norte in front of the complex. A beach attendant helps set everything up, and while tipping is not required, it is customary and appreciated (typically $50–$100 MXN).
Is there air conditioning?
Yes. Nautibeach condo #22 is fully air-conditioned, and guests consistently comment on how well the A/C works, including for quiet, comfortable sleeping.
Is there an elevator?
No. This is a third-floor unit with stairs only. The elevated location provides better views, fewer footsteps above you, and nice ocean breezes.
Is there a washer and dryer?
What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
Nautibeach Condo 22 has both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig, with a coffee grinder, coffee filters and basic kitchen essentials provided. It’s perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the ocean breeze and views of Playa Norte.
What is the cleaning schedule?
Nautibeach Condo 22 includes cleaning for longer stays. Guests staying 7 nights receive one basic cleaning, and stays of 8 nights or more include one full cleaning. Extra cleanings can be arranged for a small fee, simply request this at check-in with the property manager.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including inside the condo, on the balcony, at the pool, or in common areas. This is enforced by the Nautibeach Condo Association in compliance with Mexican law.
